Play day: Engage that Core

For riders who want more than just “going forward” or "just trail ride".

This clinic is focused on how your horse uses its body, balance, posture, and core engagement. This one day clinic should help you to understand how to ride in a way that supports strength, soundness, and longevity. Specified to the horse you're bringing.

We start this day with a movement assessment of each horse individually, in order for you to SEE how they naturally carry themselves, before we make changes. After the assesment we'll do some gymnastic groundwork as a group. I'll show you how to start encouraging a better body balance before even riding your horse.

In the afternoon, we apply practical riding exercises designed to improve posture, balance, and efficiency under saddle, especially valuable for endurance and long-distance riders.
